Should ripperonline.com.au suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, ripperonline.com.au reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with ripperonline.com.au.

Australian Sales Only

We sell and ship Products only within Australia. We do not ship outside of Australia.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ripperonline.com.au reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. ripperonline.com.au reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. ripperonline.com.au is a reseller to end-user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by ripperonline.com.au.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by ripperonline.com.au are estimates only. ripperonline.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. ripperonline.com.au cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Acceptance of the Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for any issues such as faults or missing items and notifying us immediately upon reception. If there are any issues, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving the goods so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Change of Address

ripperonline.com.au cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address Confirmation is given on the Order Review page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service immediately. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however, due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our refund policy for more information.

All warranties offered are either the manufacturer’s warranties or ripperonline.com.au warranties.

HikVision Warranty

All warranties are back to ripperonline.com.au for repair at the purchaser’s expense.

A copy of the invoice must accompany by warranty claims to provide the starting date of the warranty period.

The cost of freight in returning goods will be the responsibility of the customer unless prior authorisation has been given by ripperonline.com.au.

Warranty is subject to ripperonline.com.au being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials and was not caused by or was not substantially contributed to by other factors beyond our control, including (but not limited to) defective installation, maintenance, or repair; alterations or modifications of the product in a manner or excessive use or operating outside the parameters set by the manufacturer.

ripperonline.com.au is not responsible for any technical support to the end users. ripperonline.com.au will provide Technical support free of charge to the technician over the phone ONLY, within business hours (Mon – Fri 9am -5pm).

Warranty is not transferable. The warranty will void if the label is removed or goods are found physically damaged.
