  4. Orders over $199: Free Shipping (Excludes TRADE/INSTALLER ACCOUNT)

Additional Surcharge

Promotional Sales: Shipping charges apply to all orders placed through our email campaign sales. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details, free shipping offers are not valid during promotional email campaigns.
Expedited and Bulk Orders: May incur additional charges, as stated in the product description.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates; any delivery delays are not our responsibility.

Remote Area Shipping:

Remote areas include WA, NT, TAS, and some non-metro areas of VIC, SA, QLD, ACT, and NSW, as dictated by the freight company's standard service area charter.

Additional charges may apply for remote areas. Please select the correct surcharge on the respective product pages via the drop-down box. We will contact you upon receipt of your order if any additional delivery charges are required. If you wish to avoid paying the extra freight, the order will be refunded.

PO Box Policy:

We do not ship to PO Boxes if the goods do not fit into the standard Australia Post Regular Satchels.
