1. Contest Period

The Ripper Online November Raffle Contest ("Contest") begins on 5 November 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 20 December 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of Ripper Online, their immediate families, and associated partners or suppliers are not eligible to participate.
• The Contest is for all purchases.

3. How to Enter

• Customers will automatically receive one raffle ticket for every $100 spent in a single qualifying transaction throughout the contest period.
• Multiple entries are permitted. For example, an order of $250 will receive two tickets.
• Only completed orders that have been paid in full will qualify. Cancelled or refunded transactions will not qualify.

4. Prize Draw and Winner Selection

• A prize draw will be held after the end of the contest period.
• The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The draw results will be announced on the Ripper Online website and official social media channels.
• Winners will also be notified directly using contact details provided at the time of purchase.

5. Prizes

• Details of prizes and prize values will be displayed on the Ripper Online website.
• Prizes are not transferable and not exchangeable and cannot be claimed in cash.
• Ripper Online reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. General Conditions

• Participation in the Contest is taken to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Ripper Online reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any individual who interferes with the entry process or these Terms.
• Ripper Online is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or data loss that may obstruct participation.
• In the event of exceptional circumstances, Ripper Online reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the Contest at any time without notice.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected during the course of this Contest will be utilized solely for the raffle administration and for winner contact.
